I only accept payment through Square or Paypal Invoice USD only. Kofi is also accepted. Tips are appreciated but not mandatory!
I have the right to decline a commission request. Whether it be due to the request makes me uncomfortable, your character(s) don't translate well into my style, a lack of interest in the subject, or it's something that's way too complex for me, please don't take it personally.
Do not ask me for the psd. files please! I do not feel comfortable providing those.
My signature and watermark will always be there on the character/illustration itself. You will get a version without it but you MUST upload only the one with signature and watermark.
Commissioners understand that I maintain the rights to my artwork and am allowed to upload the finished illustration on my portfolio and/or any other website with the character (if yours) copyrighted to you. As well as using their commissions in an 'example book' at conventions.
Any characters that happen to be too complex will require an extra fee. Detailed characters take longer in the sketching and drawing phase.
Rights of the artwork will be entitled to me unless expressed otherwise.
If for a reason that you don’t have the full payment, I can work with payment plans. I know how it is when you don't have the full payment up front. But I also won’t start on the piece until i received the full payment.
Tell me the specifics of your commission before you send the payment. If you want something completely different after the commission is done, you will not receive a refund.
Once I send you the finished commission and you request a change/add-on that you haven’t listed in your information: Depending on the change, I’ll charge you. It's nothing personal, it's just something I've had troubles with in the past so please send any and every detail you find relevant!
Refunds are a-okay! If I happen to cancel I will pay back in full ; If you request a refund and I've already started on your piece, depending on how far I've gotten with it, I'll only hand you back a partial refund and send you the work I've done.
-Expected turnaround time is 6-10 weeks, I don't give set deadlines. I may finish before that time frame, but this allows me to have time as I am busy with school and work.
You're more than welcome to ask for a WIP (Work in progress) But I ask you not to post the screenshot image to social media or anywhere else!
I will take a maximum of three commissions at one time from the same person.
You're free to re-upload my art ONLY if you're the commissioner. Proper credit is a MUST.
Additions after the already approved sketch may lead to additional fees depending on what is requested.
Anonymity on your commission is permitted! If you ask to keep your commission private, it will cost an extra $5 dollars plus to the order base price for every work you ask to be private.
Please DON'T make any edits to my work I've done for you.
Clients must understand and agree to the terms and services, No exceptions.
